At Frilly Chantilly we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your shopping experience. However, should there be a problem with an item we will accept returns. Returns must be received within 14 working days from the day you received the goods. You must notify us via email of your intent to return your item. Your return must be sent via a signed for service to guarantee safe return to us. We cannot refund outgoing or return postage costs other than in the case of an item being faulty.Your item must be returned to us in the new condition they were sent to you, including all tags and labels in place.
