1)  By agreeing to order products on this site the buyer agrees to buy at the price and in the way described on this site.

 

2) The products, any advice and the presentation of the products have been prepared in accordance with English law. The sellar does not claim that they are in accordance with the law in any other countries.

 

3)  We cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. We ship every day except Sundays. Expect a delay in shipment if it is a national holiday.We will always try to post within one working day of receipt of an oreder.

 

4)  Returns policy: At Frilly Chantilly we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your shopping experience. However, should there be a problem with an item we will accept returns. Returns must be received within 10 working days from the day you received the goods. You must notify us via email of your

  intent to return your item. Your return must be sent via a signed for service to guarantee safe return to us. We cannot refund outgoing or return postage costs other than in the case of an item being faulty.Your item must be returned to us in the new condition they were sent to you, including all tags and labels in place.
